Charles Thomas

Executive Chairman and Managing Director

Mr Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA majoring in Corporate Finance. Mr Thomas is an Executive Director of GTT Ventures Pty Ltd a boutique corporate advisory firm based in Australia. Mr Thomas has worked in the financial service industry for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in capital markets as well as the structuring of corporate transactions. Mr Thomas has significant experience sitting on numerous ASX boards spanning the mining, resources and technology space. Mr Thomas is also currently Non-executive Chairman of Green Critical Minerals Ltd (ASX.GCM), Non-executive Chairman of Viking Mines Ltd (ASX.VKA) and Non–executive Chairman of High-Tech Metals Limited (ASX:HTM).

Daniel Moore

Non-Executive Director

Mr Moore (Becon/LLB) was formally the CEO of Centenario Lithium. Mr Moore has extensive experience in equity capital markets since 2004, previously with Wilson HTM and Morgan Stanley, focused on emerging companies.

Anna Mackintosh

Company Secretary/Non-Executive Director

Mrs MacKintosh has over 30 years’ commercial experience including 11 years with BHP, 10 years with AFSL holder Kirke Securities Ltd as Compliance Manager, Finance Manager and Responsible Executive. Since then, Mrs MacKintosh has been the Company Secretary/CFO across a range of ASX Listed companies spanning the mining, resources and technology sectors.

Jonathan Currell

Chief Technical Officer

Mr Currell holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Geology from the Camborne School of Mines (UK). He played a pivotal role in the exploration efforts that led to the establishment of British Lithium, targeting hard-rock lithium-bearing granites. He later contributed to geo-metallurgical feasibility studies in preparation for the mine restart at the Hemerdon tungsten–tin deposit—a globally significant project. 
Since relocating to Australia in 2022, Mr Currell has led and executed a wide range of exploration programs across Western Australia for junior explorers. His experience spans reconnaissance mapping through to resource drilling, including his integral role in the declaration of the maiden Mineral Resource Estimate at Marquee’s Redlings Rare Earths Project.
