COMMODITY
Gold & Lithium

The Yindi Gold-Lithium Project is located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, approximately 90km east of Kalgoorlie. The project is positioned as a gold-lithium project, reflecting both Marquee’s original lithium acquisition rationale and the more recent gold-focused historical data review.

Marquee acquired the Yindi Project in September 2023 as part of its Western Australian lithium strategy. The project was reported as comprising approximately 301km2 of highly prospective lithium exploration ground in the Kurnalpi Terrane of the Eastern Goldfields, adjacent to and along strike from Global Lithium Resources’ Manna lithium deposit.

Yindi’s lithium potential is associated with its position in Western Australia’s lithium 'Corridor of Power', granitic intrusions, pegmatite development and regional lithium prospectivity. The project retains this lithium context while no longer presenting Yindi as lithium-only.

Marquee has also reported the results of a comprehensive historical geological data review at Yindi, supporting a gold exploration program across approximately 106km2 of prospective gold tenure. The project is positioned over a greenstone belt and the structurally significant Yilgani Fault, a known gold-bearing corridor in one of Western Australia’s premier Archaean gold provinces.

The Yindi Project lies approximately 45km south of Northern Star Resources’ Carosue Dam operations and adjacent to Ramelius Resources’ Roe Project. These regional references provide geological and infrastructure context, but the page must not imply direct economic comparability with nearby projects.
Yindi presents a dual exploration thesis: lithium potential associated with pegmatite systems and gold potential associated with the greenstone belt, Yilgani Fault and historical data review.
